Blessings to all. Services are slowly moving back toward something like what normal used to be. We have opened the pews back up to actually allow for better distancing. This morning marks the beginning of a very dramatic week in the worship lives of many Christians and St John’s congregation is no exception. We will have services on Maunday Thursday at 7:00 PM with Communion and again on Good Friday with a special Tenebrae service ending with the “Stripping of the Altar.” As always we will have church indoors, and broadcast for in the parking lot, and I hope to have the service posted later the evening of the service.

Please join us, if you can, for services this week Thursday or Friday evening. Then Easter Sunday we will have an Easter Sunrise Service at 7:30AM led by our youth group with the service held “under the oak trees” down by the Old Stone Church. Breakfast will be served immediately following. During the Sunday School hour from 9AM -10AM there will be numerous activities for the younger children. And the mornings activities will culminate with our Easter Service at 10:15AM with communion.
